- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
4.4 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use Creza for lawful purposes to generate content for your personal or business social media accounts.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
- Generate spam or misleading content
- Abuse or overload our servers
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Platform Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Creza platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content generated using our AI tools. However:
- AI-generated content may not be unique and could be similar to content generated for other users
- We do not guarantee that generated content is free from copyright infringement

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 No Liability for Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creza shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
- Content generated by AI tools
- Third-party actions or services
9.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creza, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
